COVID-19 Vaccination Information
With the expiration of the federal COVID-19 emergency and CMS vaccine mandate, employees, including new hires, no longer need to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or complete an exemption as a condition of hire.
Across UPMC, our guiding principle is always to prioritize the safety of our employees, patients, and members. UPMC believes vaccination is important, helps protect all, and advocates that everyone who can be vaccinated should be vaccinated.
How do I get my shot?
UPMC employees have several options for receiving a vaccine:
- UPMC Urgent Care: Walk-in or schedule an appointment. Online scheduling is available for most Urgent Care locations.** To schedule online, visit UPMC.com/ScheduleUrgentCare and select your Urgent Care location.
- Your PCP Office: Contact your PCP office to inquire whether they have vaccine supply available.
- Non-UPMC Retail Pharmacy Locations: Vaccines are available at a number of retail locations.
