I LOVE MY JOB | THE STORIES

Joseph H., Customer Support Analyst

Supply Chain & Warehousing, Corporate Services

For Joseph H., his work in the supply chain & warehousing field allows him to play a meaningful role in improving lives — a truly rewarding feeling. “I have been at UPMC for a little over two years, and in that time, I have only grown to love my job more,” Joseph said. “All of my managers and colleagues are respectful and friendly, and I want to do a good job for them. Also, good work never goes unnoticed, and that recognition is motivation to want to be better each day.”

“My day is filled with problem solving for people that had an issue but weren’t sure where to turn. The appreciation and thanks we get from those individuals, and the knowledge that we have a small hand in helping people who are improving lives, gives me the most satisfaction.”
